I’m Brooke Amen, the founder of Peopling. I’m obsessed with solving the people problems that hold small businesses back, the kind that slow down hiring, frustrate new employees, and make great people walk out the door.

My passion is helping business owners value their most important asset: their people. When teams feel supported, trained, and set up for success, everything else gets easier. That is the heart of Peopling.
My Story
I have led recruiting, onboarding, and training for fast-growing companies and witnessed how the right systems can completely shift a business. I introduced applicant tracking systems, learning management systems, and training courses that made hiring clearer, accelerated onboarding, and turned employee development into a real advantage instead of an afterthought.

Those changes didn’t just make things run smoother. They reduced turnover by nearly a quarter, kept high performers on the team longer, and saved the business time, money, and constant hiring headaches.
